Well 2005 hasn't ended yet. So we didn't really get a chance to hear all the upcoming music to know whats best. Try to repost this in December. HAHahA 
So far the best track i heard is Mike Koglin - The Silence 2005 
Play that track above normal level and you fellas will understand!

Only good thing with Silence '05 was the rerelease of the fantastic Matt Darey's Tekara Mix from '98 on the flip. Koglin's 2005 remake is horrible. As discussed in many threads here, there are way too many p00r 2*** remakes/remixes already and endless amounts more coming out all the time.. if must remake something, give some real effort to it and don't just rework the older version when in most cases it's very unnecessary.
Personally i haven't even given much thought for the best track of the year, not now, not ever really. I have never liked to rank (good) tunes above each other. If one is good, it's good. That's enough for me. Same goes for "forcing" the tunes in certain genres... i don't care what genre a track is as long as it's good.

ive been havin a hard time finding good trance lstely, but songis just stuck into my head, its made a great swedish newcommer. LNQ.
