| hi im new to trance and im having trouble finding quality hard trance sets. where do u guys get ur sets from? what are some good sites i can go too? thnx in advance

Have a listen at some internet-radio's.
Install Winamp and load the available channels in the trance-genre - i bet you'll find some good sets being played there from time to time.

Is it illegal to download sets that have been aired on radio stations or download music videos that have been shown on tv?

Yep. If your not paying for it you can't have it pretty much now.
