Tutorial for Sound Forge 6.0?

Dear Friends

I tried using the search feature here, but the results were overwhelming.

Does anyone know where I can obtain an online tutorial for Sound Forge 6.0? I have been trying to put the onboard piano notes into the clip window, using the "record" feature, but with no success.

This is my first effort at using onboard samples in software. I previously worked with a Korg Electribe M as the audio source.
