Anyone know this dance track and artist?

This is one for the music video experts!

Don't know who this is by, don't know what it is called, don't have any lyrics, BUT:

Track is from 2004 (I think or late 2003);
MTV Dance and Radio 1 played it for weeks, but it was not commercial and not a mainstream Top 40 hit;
Electronic track, similar to Chemical Brothers - Hey Boy, Hey Girl and Fischerspooner - Emerge;
This one has few male vocals in the form of a 3 line chant;
Video is shot in a studio, looks green, lots of clubbers dancing in slow-mo;

Haven't heard from this artist since.
