Winter Blues

I've read in many places that when the winter kicks in and the days get shorter it can make you feel a little depressed and down. I love the winter apart from the extreme cold wind and rain at times.

Anyone know anyone who gets like this when the days fall short?

Short days are ok, but I don't like it when it's cold.

What you're talking about is know SAD it affects quite a lot of people but it's nothing to worry about unless you feel really down. I know someone who suffers from it and he's got what is known as a light room which is a room with bright lights.

The sun releases 'happy hormones' into our system... perhaps darkness has the opposite effect
