Here are the ones I can think of right now:
Ozone - Rock
The Rock
DJ Sakin & Friends / Protect Your Mind (For the Love of a Princess)
Braveheart
Gladiator feat. Izzy / Now We Are Free
Gladiator
Next State / Now We Are Free
Gladiator
Mythos 'n' DJ Cosmo / Heart of the Ocean
Titanic
There's also a tune from The Last Samurai but I can't remember the artist or title.

Well, the Jan Vayne series of 'Classical Translations' could be included as I'm sure alot of these have been in films!? And of course there is Samual Barber's 'Adagio For Strings' which has been remixed by Ferry Corsten, DJ Tiesto and also Paul Oakenfold ('Another Day').
On the new Prodigy album, one of the tracks is titled 'The Way It' and features samples from Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' and this was also remixed by DJ Isaac if I remember!? Not sure about that one though ...

Paul Oakenfold - Swordfish
John Digweed & Nick Muir - Stark Raving Mad
BT - Monster
Orbital - Octane
Probably not quite what you're looking for though.
There's the overly obvious New Order - Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction mix), which spawned Public Domain - Operation Bass, Warp Brothers - Phat Bass, and Voodoo & Serano - Blood is Pumping (which in turn spawned This is Acid). I suspect Porn Kings - Up to No Good also belongs somewhere on that list, but that's pure speculation by me.
There's some remixes of Vangelis's Bladerunner song, and I've heard some bootleg mixes of The Terminator theme floating around too. One of my personal favorites is Liquid Sun - New Hope, a great D&B remix of the Star Wars theme.

The DJ Quicksilver mix is quite quality, I love those strings!
There's also a track or two that samples the scene from the Matrix where Neo can choose either the red or the blue pill. Don't know what it is called, tho.

Yeah. Quicksilver Mix is decent. One of my Quicksilver favs.
For the Matrix thing, there are lots of tracks using that pill scene and another bunch of tracks using the final scene sample with Neo calling and so many others too. Seems to be a common movie to take samples from. I think the thread starter is looking for tracks using/sampling/remaking/remixing the movies' main title theme (like the tracks i posted) not tracks using vocal samples from the movies.

This featured the Miami Vice theme too! Quite good if I remember!? Bit tech-trance/chunky progressive style ...

The tracks i posted in my first reply weren't about vocal samples but tracks using the movies'/series' theme melodies, what the thread starter was actually asking for. I know the Solarcoaster vocal samples are from True Romance, near the end spoken by Patricia Arquette but Solarcoaster also uses the melody taken from the movie "Withnail And I".

I'm 100% sure AP's Anything Is Possible samples the Matrix but i have no idea what track is the one you have heard as many tracks out there are using samples from the red or the blue pill scene. Anyways, here's the sample "Astral Projection - Anything Is Possible" uses:
"I'm going to show them a world... a world without rules and controls... a world without borders or boundaries. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. A world, where anything is possible."
