What can be used to make this sound?

I know its a TB303.

But what can I use to emulate this EXACTLY?

Can REASON with a 303 refill be made to sound like this?

I mean even the same pattern style also...

thats a lead sound, so
sawtooth oscilator
filter low f., high resolution, midle satturation
square lfo at filter,
play mode to mono
maybe some legato
some good distortion will help
and delay
