James Holden ur opinion plz

Never been a fan with this guy he is a bit freeky for me Confused

But i adore A break in the clouds and i was Surprised

with Come to me!!!He is a bit dark for me i believe but these 2 tunes rocks!!!whats ur opinion? Smile

that's all... my favourites are:
Nothing ( imo the best track in 2003, still can't decide which remix of this track is the greatest... luv em all);
The Wheel, I Have Put Out The LIght and of course, Come to Me << spooky stuff Very Happy

James Holden is so good! Cant say I havnt liked a single production or remix he has done ... Horizons, Nothing, Fine Day (James Holden Remix) and the list continues. Very Happy

I've never been to keen on his productions. They just seem a little bit wishy washy to me, never much substance to them.

Not really a fan.

I Have Put Out the Light - i love the vocal (such as it is) in that track, kind of spooky.
Horizons is good also.
Quite a suspicious looking character though, as least in press photos.

I think James Holden has his own flavor and style which makes him a bit unique from other producers, therefore as a producer i think his great but as a DJ ide say, Strictly Afterhours hehe. Very Happy

James Holden is one of the best djs and producers. Horizons is still a great track he made when he was 16 or 17, i cant remember exactly...
here in my country he is very well known and has a very good image(as a dj and producer) for all of us.he visited us a month ago and that event was the second one that was successful this year... James Holden - The Wheel, my greatest track from his work

oh....most people call morris....by his real name Dr.Gwill Morris, he is a medical doctor, I believe. I'm certain he has a doctorate of some kind.

I'll just say a few words. I like James Holden because he is very unique and he is really doing his own thing -- like him or dislike him, you can't disagree with that... he stands out. I like his hair too, but that's another story (although if he shaved it all off that'd shock me).

I am a big fan of a smattering of his productions. "A Break In The Clouds" is one of my favorites, in part because of the cheeky edits and the lush melody, and the sort of imagery it conveys to me. Sorry to sound so 80s, but it really strikes me as Fresh. "Horizons" of course is an established classic, while more straightforward than what he is doing now.

Supposedly he did that very Moroder-esque remix of Britney Spears' "Breathe On Me"... not my personal fave but, a nice nod to what else he can do.

So yes, I like James Holden. A lot.
