It can be good when it's played at a party, then mostly I like it.
But at home I don't listen to it. I prefer a more tranzy sound Wink

DARK drum n bass is andy c? Your nuts. He plays just about everything. Not to mention the fact, that he plays ALOT of groovy dnb.

I love D n' B. That's the first genre of techno I started listening to when I first found myself in the scene. I still love to listen to it everyonce in a while just to get my speakers at home or in my car a workout. It's also great for the right kinds of house parties.

Well Well, the famous mp3 deejay graces us with his presence. I listen to the old Andy C stuff, when he played darker drum n bass. I have a ton of mixtapes from the early 90's and have of them have no title. I really don't care, I listen to drum n bass every so often.

I dont play mp3s. And the mp3's I do play, I get permission from the artists. And or I pay for them.

I buy and sell TONS of vinyl's. I rip them into mp3 or AIFF format and I recently purchased Final Scratch to take with me on my gigs, without takeing the vinyl. I then, re-sell the vinyl on my ebay store.

I dont care exactly what YOU think. But id like to get the story straight.

Thanks

peace

sorry dude...that is under trademark protection. I'll wipe you off the board if you persist in using Andy P Razz. Oh I speak from experience parsons....remember I am mod on tranceaddict, so you technically are not a mystery to me. Remember I'm TTA Razz

But what is your point? I proved you wrong on the vinyl once. And I DO play some cdr's, but I own legally.

Thanks

doesnt appeal to me honestly...ive been to a few nights but ive been really fucked so i havent really taken notice...but when ive heard it nomally i think its a bit of a head fuck......my house mate loves it though the london co.ckney wideboy that he is....

i prefer hardhouse/hardstyle, Trance, proggy and tribal house, Makina and Rave..... to be honest...but i supose Hardouse, Hardstyle and Makina is also a headfuck as well..but i think it is in a nice way..unlike DNB...got nowt against it mind

Some D&B is quite cool but I have always much preferred trance. I like some of the stuff by Roni Size and DJ Rap.

I like some of drum-'n'-bass too -- I like some of every style, depending on the artist and tune I guess!

I'm also into trance-'n'-bass... there ya go!!! A fine example of this, of course, would be innovator John B. Full of fun, he's got a great blog too. So, one of my fave tracks in this style would be his collab with DBA which is titled "Falling", it has a beautiful melody and trance-ish buildups and synth stabs, but a drum 'n' bass beat! Go figure Very Happy
