anyone seen this new film? its a great remake!... fairly funny, but overall just a nice film Smile

enjoyed it a few days ago!

the passion of the christ! .. also a great film, anyone seen it?... super brutality in it, but with some really nice directorship touches Smile

I haven't seen Starsky and Hutch yet though i'll have to get round to it.

As for The Passion i saw it and it is quite brutal. To be honest I thought i wouldn't like the film cos im not religious but i quite liked it.

Hmm, those are the two movies playing at our local theatre right now. I did go see the Passion. I'm not really sure if it was a good movie - brutal, realistic yes. I liked the way Pilate was played in the film. He was portrayed as more of a sympathetic character. Jesus' death is shown as a political move more than anything else, which is probably accurate given the circumstances.

I've not really seen the original film yet never mind this new remake. There was a documentary on the making of the film on TV a week ago and it does look pretty good.

Not been to the cinema in about a year though so I doubt I'll be seeing it soon.

i am agains people "showing off" their religion.. i think that's why there is so many complications in the world. So I will not see Passion of Christ ... old theme story that has been redone and redone... They had good advertising strategies for that movie tho so i support that idea.
