In the past we have heard many stories about how the RIAA acts to get royalty fees from poeple dealing with pirated music. In Norway they have found a new way to collect more fees.

yet how are they going to enforece this law and make people pay up? Are they going to rely on the goodwill of companies with over 30 people?
