This is a stupid topic but i need some serious advise on this... i heard deep down - mantra over and over again at someone's house.. now it won't get out of my head.. imagine that, all i hear is deep deep deep inside deep deep down inside.. constatntly.. it's driving me nuts!!! how do you guys get rid of songs when theyre' stuck in your head like that? haha

would be interested to know.. which tracks were in your head before that wouldn't seem to go away.. you can kinds see why deep down.. is doing that to me though Rolling Eyes

Listen to another song that could get stuck in your head, such as Kelis - Milkshake. If that doesn't work, do some heavy drinking and you'll probably forget. Cool

i find singing another song often works, i also try to get a different melody in my head.... but constantly singing to the same song annoys me but i do it often
generally underworld- push upstairs
is stuck in my head "push push" hahaha

IVE had some proper shit songs that i really hate for hours stuck in my head...iits even worse when your doing 2 hours of swimming training and all u can here for that time is one fucking song...

it is class though when ye get a mental class tune stuck in ya head

Its annoying when that happens. I had that tune from mr Bean, Dig a dum dum dic a dum dum stuck in me head for ages after watching the episode with it featured.

To get rid of, listen to some other stuff and eventually it will bugger off.
