Questions about TAUCHER????????

I am not a Taucher Fan ....but I have always liked the tune from TRANCE ALLSTARS .......Taucher - Alright, I think this melody is from a classical composition by someone else, does anyone know the name?

I know the track, heard it on the radio just a couple of days ago, but I can't remember if it's based on a classical composition or not...
