its not really to do with the music that i hate about funky house (although it is a 65% contribution--not enough nrg!!!)..its mainly the attitude of the people who tend to go to funky house nights/rooms...in general (well in my experience) they are all a bunch of arrogant, 'look at me im better than you' types...that are so bothered about how they look to enjoy the music and generate a class atmoshere...but obviouslsy that is just my view and is based on my own experience of many 'funky house' encounters....so dont give me stick and say 'you cant say that about this...or youve never been here' bollox cos its my view!!!

hmmmm yes there is a little of that about, but depends which place you go. it is changing.
the flipside of the coin is the ravers who go round sneering at anything involving the word "club" or "clubbing". i regularly converse with some of these types, they're mostly under 25's. some of them have a real mental block, insisting that you can't go raving in a club (even if they're playing nose-bleed gabber in there!), when a club is just a building, as is a warehouse... lmao some even say you are not raving if it's indoors!!
they honestly believe ALL clubbers are versace wearing, prop up the bar posers into u.s house, or garage... erm, think their eyes must 'ave been shut when all the cybers were about! rofl! i like to tease them, ask them about stuff other than drum & bass and hardcore... i always get down to the trance, the hardhouse, etc etc etc. Ha! rumbled! closet clubbers you see!

OK, here's my thought. I don't think we can have a purely good or a purely bad planet, it's impossible. There's no balance. So eventually something like terrorism would come back.
