at moment i tend to find drinking alot of pure OJ helps... but it some times makes me wanna be sick more... Evil or Very Mad

haha, like the topic man... i know the answer to this... before you go to sleep force yourself to literally chug down 3/4 glasses of water... hangovers are caused by dehydration... trust me, it works and you wake up feeling just fine..

I've been told about that, drink water before you nod off to sleep after you've been on the piss big style. Never really works for me, still wake up feeling like shite.

the water one is a good one, but for some reason i cant drink that much when i come home pissed as a fart in england... Sad

but when ive been on hol, i always seem to sit on balcony after a night out and manage to drink about 1litre of water... and just about always wake up fine.. either that, or i just wake up pi$$ed i cant tell fcuking difference Razz

Drinking water always helps me after a serious bing i feel a hell of a lot better the next morning.
