Hey everyone.

Iv been DJing for about 6 months now, and Im now starting to find a unique direction for myself. Thing is, I'm having trouble building up a selection of tunes to complement my current set.

Im basicly looking towards the sounds of Hybrid (I love their "Remix and Additional Production..." cd), but I cant quite classify the genre, nor can i find tunes like it.

Does anyone know where I should look? Any good specific review sites on this breakbeat-style genre? Any artists similar to Hybrid?

I know this quesiton is quite noobish.
Cheers.

Ah, like nu skool breaks. Check out Burufunk, Adam Freeland, Infusion, UNKLE remixes, etc.

Maybe artists like NuBreed and Plump DJs would fit in there too.

Heading a bit more into the D&B side of things, check out LTJ Bukem. He's not the Dieselboy/Roni Size style, but more of an atmospheric feel that is very relaxing and unique.

If you're looking to stay with artists more similar to Hybrid, check out all the artists other people mentioned, plus Way Out West, Starecase, Mara, and Scott Hardkiss.
