What do you think of this old goodie? I really like it; it's smashing!
And BTW in what genre would you place this track and Underworld over-all? Techno or eletronica? Or a mix of both?

originally released = fcuking ages ago... 95/94 ?? i have the single somewhere... Confused

Born Slippy is one of my fav Underworld tracks along with Dark & Long (Dark Train) and Dirty Epic. The official release of Born Slippy/Born Slippy.NUXX was in early '95, promo'd in late '94 or so. NUXX is the vocal version which was made a bit later than the original instrumental version, which sadly hasn't been re-released since '95 unlike the NUXX versions... NUXX version was also featured on Trainspotting as said, in '96 which really made it a HUGE track!

Its a nice track but not one of my favourite Underworld tracks. Pearls Girl would have that one.

The new remixes add more to the tune, new oakie remix is quite nice.

For all hardcore Underworld fans the Anthology 1992-2002 is a must have (if you don't have the tracks yet)!!! It has about all the best UW tracks in full length, most of them anyway.
