Mayby commercial in the sens that is was released on CD into the charts but Nothing But You certainly is not cheese. One of the best trance tunes of the year.
As for commercial tracks, I dont really have any favourites from the past 11 months to note.

Vintage Beat - Sometimes (Original Mix)
Neo Cortex - Elements (Club Mix/DJ's@Work Remix)
Neo Cortex - Don't You (Extended Mix/Trance Club Mix)
C.J. Stone - The Sun (Goes Down) (Sunrise Club Mix)
Pulsedriver - Take U High (Club Mix)
..........none of these are real cheese, but they are all made of good-selling "artists", so they are quite commercial tracks though.

true but the Fragrance version is way much better.. especially the Steve Murano or the alphazone remixes

Someday I think its a bit to old now =P its not a 2003 track!!
