Somebody of you practises with the PC or physical turntables at home?
Friends request your experiments with Traktor or you think that you should dedicate to other things?
I practise and the mixes are OK
What are your experiences?

I use MixMeister to make my own mixed CDs. I also have a table & used to have a DJ CD player. I need money now so I can replace it.

Mixmeister... good program, but it needs too much improvements. I did various mixes with it and are really good, but the compression that it applies to adjust BPM affect to quality of sound.
Traktor 2 is most creative and sounds better, but is very tedious to mix 12 tracks like tiesto and improve his overrated CDMixes.
At the turntables i don't have experience. It's are very xpensive and in Spain it's hard to get viniles of quality, most of times people must request import vinyls coming from trance releases paradises (England, Germany, Nederlands). Similar with house and other styles.

I sometimes run a mix from the PC with my collection of mp3's using an pc based mixer software for those tunes I am yet to get hold of. For just fiddling around I do a few mixers using me CD mixer and turntables.
