New to the scene, recommendations needed!

Hi guys,

I'm a newcomer to this genre of music, having started only since the beginning of the year, starting with a few albeit more 'commerical'(?) tracks. I understand this is a rather diverse scene, and slowly, I'm starting to prefer tracks with little or no vocals.

Some of my favourite tracks are listed below, and I hope you guys can help me pinpoint a certain genre or style I like, as I don't know the difference between trance, techno, progressive, or house (i understand there can be different sub-genres, e.g. sexy house?). From my favs, I guess I'm a big fan of Airbase and that would be the definitive kind of music for me.

Check out tracks by System F, Airwave and Armin van Buuren.

As for categories, I just put them in good trance and commercial trance.
