Paul Van Dyk: Global... a celebration of his masterpiece

this year PVD released his 20 years of his masterpiece under one compilation entitled: Global, under avextrax, berlin gramany. I need your opinion if you already have the copy. Thanks

I've got all his other albums, artist and mix ones and they all haver the tracks that this DVD covers. I dont think it would be worth buying just for the DVD foutage so I not going to. For those without any cateloge of his work, I;d say its a good buy.

Basically it's the Greatest Hits collection from PvD. I'm with Dave on this one...even if you don't own EVERY CD Paul has released, if you own Seven Ways and Out There and Back, you will have about 80% of what's on Global.

The DVD was surprisingly enjoyable, not just shots from clubs, or trippy visuals...i liked the DVD.

It's a tough call on the purchase...if you're a die-hard PvD fan, you probably already own it, or at least have it on your must-buy list. If you're just looking for a good CD to buy...this one can wait.

the content of the album is mostly singles coming from "sevenways" and "out there and back" but I still haven't check out the DVD format, although I have it in vinyl, PVD did a pretty good job on that album in my opinion...Pls tell me more about the scenes from the DVD format while im still strugling to find one. Thanks
