Scooter -The Night

Just saw the video for this last night, its pretty fun Cool

As much as a bashing Scooter often get on this forum I still like them, been listening since '94 in the days of Hyper Hyper & Move Your Ass/Rebel Yell etc.

I think even if sometimes they copy other people, I still have a lot of respect for them, especially Rick who does all the sequencing etc

Just my opinion I guess but I love the 'Statements' HP comes out with in tunes, examples...

But Aiii Shot the DJ is starting to grow on me - the music video is quite funny!

Aii shot the DJ.........interesting tune from them, nice piano riff going on in it. Allthough, out of the two versions, the album version works best for me. The single version took on an Aiiii (ali G theme) while the album one was purly, I shot etc. Some of their older stuff I like.

It does crack me up, I love Scooter, but sometimes the stuff they come out with!!

Altho, it IS true, The Chase IS Better Than The Catch...

I dont know how u guys can just go around bashing Scooter. So what, maybe they do use other ppl's statements and riffs, but who cares, they make amzing things out of songs that have been lost in the past. They bring it all back in a new way, in new spirit and a techno way. HP is amazing, as well as Rick, Axel, Jay Frog, Ferris and everyone else who has contributed over the years to scooter.

SCOOTER IS THE GREATEST GROUP IN TECHNO!

Scooter have a good sound, I just wish they'd leave the cheesy s*** alone.

I'm not an expert but I think some of their earlier stuff was pretty creative, and almost certainly better and less commerical.
