You need to upload the image to a website...either one you allready got, or a new one...like Geocities.
Then you make a link to that image in your forum post. Either just enter the link-url, or insert it into your message like trigax did above 
If you don't get this working the picture can be emailed to me and I will send you the link to put inside the forum-post...
(we might add an attachement possibility to the forums soon too...)
