3) spoiled & zigo - more and more

I haven't listened to much Goa.. and the only real names I know are Astral, Juno Reactor, (gawd I love them) and Man With No Name, and Green Nuns of the Revolution(?). If I had to pick top tracks though.. I'd go with..

Juno Reactor - Jardin de Ceclie
This is THE best psy-trance song ever.. the MWNN Remix is also top notch..

Storm - Storm (MWNN Remix)
A nice psy approach to a classic..

Green Nuns - Rock Bitch
Dunno why I like this so much.. not even sure where I got it..

it hasnt got goa or psy elements in it, it so an amazing track, but its trance, enegry trance, like E N E R G Y - Desire (energy power remix)
