What songs don't need remixes cos they rule so much ?

topic says it all, theres a select few songs which I believe no many amount of remixes could do well, what would urs be ?

Pretty hard to remix that to the standard of the original I'd say.

i think tracks like 'For An Angel' and 'Going Up' by Yahel would be pretty much a "no no no" in remixing terms...

gotta agree on dreamland, not even Rank 1 could eclipse the original which is about the first time in history, sometimes tho, imo some tunes are just too special, and others I hate the originals but like the remixes, so it's a weird thing and I guess if all originals were that good there'd be no need for remixes anyway which would suck cos it wouldnt' appeal to everyone

maybe it takes a remix to understand how much you appreciate the original track better

for me, probably

has to be the whole of airdarwndagger as it stands its beutifully and yet delicatly arranged, very hard to better as a whole

I have to disagree with Matthew, I believe the remix of SOlar Stone Seven Cities by Armin Van Buuren does justice to this track way more than any other version including the original! I think Marco V - Godd is such a wicked track that is virtually unmixable Cool

I cannot agree more on what you said, a lot of hot tracks do not need remixes here's a few: when thrllseakers remixed chicane "SALTWATER" it turned out pretty bad.

He's still out there. According to darude.com, he's going to be releasing a new album soon. He also just released a new single, "Music", which went to #1 on the Finnish dance chart.
Still love his productions and remixes!
