Tranceseeker, the voice you hear in "Moments" is Marsha.

You probably know Marsha's voice from Castles in the Sky by Ian Van Dahl. She wrote and sang that track into the charts worldwide.

I posted on this forum about Moments by Tales of DJ Philip featuring Marsha quite a while ago. (I knew about it a bit sooner because Marsha became one of my friends.) You can find my post on this forum about this HERE
