I know i sound a bit skeptical here.... but why fix what isn't broke... I just find the majority of these new mixes aren't as good as the originals

.. i think sometimes its nice to revive an old song... take n-trance for instance.. it was nice for that to be re-released with some new rmxs.. rob searles was great...
but then you get songs like children which get re-released and get totally recked...
and then theres the ones like fly like an angel, matt darey - beutiful, flip n fill, who get re-realesed for no reason at all..

I agree. Some tracks shouldn't be messed with but some remixes of classics do sound good. Like the Cosmic Gate remix of Dreams.

The tunes that are usually remixed are classic anthems anyway, it makes you wonder why they bother trying to better them. I never liked Children when it was originally released, and I sure as hell don't wanna hear 20 remixes of it now!!!!
