Good news for all the Moby fans out there is he will be releasing a brand new artist album this March and as a taste of things to come he has a new single out right now called the ‘Power Is Taken’…
I think it’s been a while since we have a full on new Moby artist album which has not gone down the ambient route. His last release ‘Everything is beautiful and Nothing Hurt’ which came out in 2018 was a very down tempo affair. It was still a very good album but for those who love his early works you want to see something a bit more up beat with that trademark Moby ambiance attached to it.
Good news then from the sounds of his brand new single out this week ‘Power Is Taken’, which has been taken from his new artist album announced this week ‘All Visible Objects’, is that things sound a little bit more upbeat. The new single is the only guide to go on with the new album. All we know is there are eleven tracks to feature on it and it will be available across CD, digital and Vinyl formats. I’m sure more snippets and info about it will be forthcoming in the weeks before its release, maybe even another single from it. Until then enjoy the first one to be released from it.
