We've been tucking into the forthcoming new release on the In Trance We Trust we trust label from Luke Terry this week with a track called 'Starlight'. Its a tune that's rather tasty by all accounts...
If your like me then you will most likely have most of the I Trance We Trust compilation releases propping up on a shelve somewhere close. It’s a label that just craves quality with a rich trance history. So, a brand new single release in the mail box is something which raises the eyebrows up a touch. It’s from a label regular and an artist who may well be one of the most underrated on the trance circuit having not really considered a headline act, more an underground stealth bomber that proper fans know is good. Luke Terry is his name, an artist who is from Newcastle here in the UK and been involved in the scene for over a decade.

I must say it’s been a while since I heard a Luke Terry release. His new single here is called ‘Starlight’ and is a one track affair. Luke is a very solid trance architect and those skills for a good tune are all in abundance here. This is one for the uplifting fans with a positive main beat and thrashing bass line to compliment. Its trance as they used to make it, building up the melody slowly but surly before injecting it proper after a piano driven break. I must say this did get a few rotations one after the other, that can’t be a bad sign. It’s a very well structure tune with some addictive elements. Luke Terry has done good things here!
Conclusion:
This is one for the record bag, CD disc, memory pen or whatever you use for your music these days! Luke Terry has always released good music and ‘Starlight’ is yet another example of it. No remixes here, but it’s a single that doesn’t need any.
